I'm going to put my game face on and turn on my stern voice for this. I know it's usually the boring bit but don't gloss over it. Read!
I work hard at the items I post here. Due to my health, something quite simple could have taken many hour, even days or weeks. I initially intend them for use with my nieces and any other children that regularly drop in to stay. I post them here to share because a) I enjoy sharing and b) I know that I'm in no physical condition to be able to maintain a business in order to sell.
I maintain my copyright to all the items I post here but allow EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE.
Just because I place here for you to use for educational and personal projects, does not mean you can re-distribute them to others whilst claiming them to be your own. Please, if people want them direct them here for them to see my work themselves. Of course, if a friend or family member says 'Oh I would love that but I don't have a computer and/or printer' you can print things off for them. I'm not going to begrudge that but they should know that the items are not your work and are in fact mine.
So here's the quick version:
DO NOT:
1) claim them to be your own;
2) sell them or in any other commercial enterprise (including but by no means limited to websites, marketing/promotional materials, print on demand items/products, eBay ME pages, eBay selling pages, eBay templates, website templates, custom cards, custom scrapbook pages for others, commercial blogs or any project/item/site that generates any form of income);
3) use any of the resources for in racist, sexist, homophobic, graphic (both violence and sexual) or other hateful projects;
4) change them in any way;
5) include these resources (individually, in part or in whole) in your websites, magazines, or other media without my permission.
They are intended to be free for everyone. If you paid for these resources, you were ripped off. Please let me know.
DO:
1) share the site with other people;
2) use the resources for yourself, your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc;
3) use for your school, Brownies, Girl Guides, Scouts, Cadets, etc projects;
4) link, share, link, share, link, share, link and share some more;
5) ask me first if you want to include my resources on your website or in your magazine, etc. I cannot promise to let you but I do promise not to bit and to give your request due consideration.
These terms will undoubtedly change and develop to as I build up the site.
